the S.a.d. syndrome's getting me.!

Friends, classmates, beloved blogger people....I"m sick. ( O.A. ata ako??)
Yes, I'm sick. No, it's not as deadly or eecky as AIDS or SARS.
I think I have S.A.D. Syndrome. grabe.
Seasonal Affective Disorder Syndrome to be precise. (cine-claim talaga eh no?)

In the strictest sense, it is not a sleeping disorder. It's a form of depression.

However, major symptoms of S.A.D. include increased need for sleep and extreme fatigue. It is listed in many places as a sleep disorder, right along with jet lag and the sleep problems caused by shift work. There is a desire to sleep, not eight or ten hours, but almost continually.
Other symptoms include:

* Depression
* Loss of energy
* Anxiety
* Irritability
* Overeating
* Weight gain
* Difficulty concentrating

I was surprised that Tita Cristy actually understood what S.A.D. syndrome means because she is just a highschool graduate. She's our helper by the way. Sabagay, obvious naman sa name ng sakit no? *laughs*

Last week na ng summer vacation. Hanggang ngayon, di ko pa maayos and sleeping routine ko. Kasi naman I find it really really hard to doze off pag medyo maaga pa, like 9 pm? Nakakatulog lang ako 11 pm. Nahihirapan na nga ako eh. To the point na di ko na alam gagawin para makatulog. I've always tried reading or doing something boring para antukin pero wala pa rin. Gustong gusto ko ng matulog pero ayaw ng katawan ko, parang ganun. Abnormal.

I'm worried about the UPCAT. Yung mga kasabayan ko who'll take the test like me, nagsipag-review na nung summer, e ako? Wala man lang preparation. I tried taking an UPCAT review test, and it was reaaaaally hard. I thought I'll take English easy lang, kala ko mamaniinin ko lang, but the even the English test is hard.
I have 10% of passing.

ps. excited na ako sa "guitar lessons" ko. hihihi.
